1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Full Refund (Within 30 Days): If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your service date.
Partial Refund (Between 31 and 90 Days): Beyond 30 days and up to 90 days after your service date, you may request a partial refund. The partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and extent of the issues reported.
2. Refund Eligibility and Process
To be eligible for a refund:

Please include your service details, a description of the issues you experienced, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or logs) that demonstrate why you are dissatisfied with the service.
Our team will review your request and contact you within 5-7 business days with a decision.
3. Refund Limitations
Refunds apply only to the service fees charged for the specific support session(s) in question.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
In cases where a partial refund is granted, the amount refunded may be adjusted based on factors such as the duration of the service provided and the specific circumstances of your case.

WeAssist.cc is a third-party, independent company providing computer technical support exclusively online using remote desktop software. Due to the nature of our services, certain technical issues or limitations inherent to remote support may occasionally arise.
